I wanted to eat pasta after a long time, so I searched for nearby restaurants and visited a place that had good reviews and was said to be delicious, even though it was located in an apartment shopping center.

I drove there, but there was no separate parking lot in the shopping center.
If you visit by car, it would be better to park nearby and walk.

This is a one-person restaurant where the owner cooks and serves alone.
Because of this, there aren't many seats, but it is very popular, so it would be a good idea to make a reservation before visiting.
Fortunately, when we went, there was one two-person table left, so we were able to enter immediately without waiting.
The customers who came after us had to wait.

We ordered the Red Shrimp Bisque Oil Pasta and Neapolitan Tomato Pasta, which were marked as popular orders, and we also ordered Jerusalem Artichoke Soup as an appetizer.

Since the owner cooks alone, it naturally takes a long time after ordering.
Knowing this beforehand, the waiting time wasn't that boring.

Not long after, the Jerusalem Artichoke Soup came out first.
It was a delicious potato soup with a subtle cheese flavor.

Afterwards, the two pastas came out at the same time.
Both were very delicious, but the Red Shrimp Bisque Oil Pasta was exceptionally good.
The bisque sauce, which included shrimp innards, blended so well with the oil, making it highly enjoyable.
Personally, it made me want to try making this bisque sauce at home.
The shrimp was also fleshy and delicious.

I would like to try other pasta dishes next time I visit.
If you want to have delicious pasta, I highly recommend it.
