I got a strong sense that this restaurant puts tremendous effort into the buckwheat aroma.

The Buckwheat Noodles were subtly delicious — not pungent at all, yet the distinctive buckwheat fragrance came through beautifully.
The broth was light and not overpowering, and I appreciated the overall restrained seasoning style.

The Wild Greens Buckwheat Noodles were impressive — clearly in the perilla oil noodle style, with the nutty aroma coming through strong.
The wild greens and perilla oil paired so well together that, if you're not set on having cold noodles, I'd recommend this one over the other.
That said, both were delicious.

The Potato Pancake was crispy style, not the chewy kind.
It seemed made with potato alone, so the natural ingredient aroma was pleasant and non-pungent — a great pairing with the buckwheat noodles.

I wanted to order a large size, but held back because of the potato pancake.
Looking back after finishing everything, I think I could have gone for the large size after all.
