Ajeossi Coffee

While taking a walk nearby after finishing lunch, I spotted a place that looked like it would obviously serve delicious coffee, so I stopped by for takeout.

It had already been on my shortlist of cafes to check out while searching for good spots to visit in Gongju, so I walked right in without hesitation.

The seating inside the cafe was quite compact, but since my plan was to get takeout from the beginning, it was not an issue at all.

While waiting after placing my order at the counter, I looked around the interior for a moment; the space was charming, cozy, and beautifully decorated.
As an aside, they must have run out of ice at the time, because a staff member who seemed to be the owner's daughter hurried over to the convenience store right across the street to buy ice.

Before long, my coffee was served, and its flavor was remarkably rich.
In particular, the deep, lingering coffee aroma was completely my style.

If there had been available seats and I had plenty of time, it would have been truly wonderful to stay and relax in the shop.
It is the kind of cafe I would love to drop by again whenever I visit Gongju in the future.
