Happy Chef Noodle Restaurant
Ordered
Seafood Wonton Noodle Soup (No.15)
Review
One of the restaurants recommended by our tour guide.
While there are many types of noodles, for Koreans the go-to order is without a doubt No. 15
It's even the only item on the menu with a Korean label: 해물 국수.
You can choose your noodle type — on the recommendation that rice noodles taste best, that's what we went with.

The food comes out in under 5 minutes after ordering.
First, taste the broth as-is, and if something feels missing, add the chili from the self-serve bar to get a flavor familiar to Koreans.
Personally, I'd highly recommend adding the chili.
Adding too much at once makes it very spicy quickly, so it's better to add a little at a time and taste as you go.

The portion is quite generous, with plenty of noodles and seafood.
Our guide said this noodle dish would be the food we'd miss most from Australia — and I completely agree.
Looking back, the taste I miss most from the trip is undoubtedly this noodle soup.
