Review

It's said to be featured in the Michelin Guide Busan.
Expecting a long wait, I visited before opening without much hope, but luckily there weren't many people waiting even on a weekend evening, so I immediately made a reservation using 'Catch Table' on-site.
I was guided to a seat shortly after opening.
The menu here is simple, with only two options: Short Rib Tteok-galbi and Chuck Flap Tail Tteok-galbi.
I ordered one of each to try both flavors.
Soybean paste stew and various side dishes are served as part of the basic table setting.
The side dishes were less stimulating than expected.
The tteok-galbi also had a mild, clean seasoning.
The flavor focused on the natural taste of the meat and its rich juices.
Personally, I preferred the Short Rib Tteok-galbi, but my wife preferred the Chuck Flap Tail Tteok-galbi.
If you visit with two or more people, I recommend ordering both.
If you have an odd number of people, it might be good to order one more Short Rib Tteok-galbi, which is slightly less greasy, than Chuck Flap Tail Tteok-galbi to balance the count.
The meat pieces were larger than expected, so the value for money isn't bad.
They give each person a matcha ice cream for dessert when paying and leaving.
I highly recommend visiting if the wait isn't too long.
