All the dishes were unique, so I made a reservation and went right away.
I thought it was interesting that a Western restaurant had pork ribs on the menu, so I ordered it.
The dishes we chose could be ordered as a set called "SET 1. Chome Pick" at a discounted price.
However, I wasn't particularly interested in the ice cream included in the set, so I ordered everything separately.

Since it's a wine bar, ordering one drink per person was mandatory.
Fortunately, since I visited without a car, I ordered two glasses of wine that were easy to drink.
We don't know much about wine, so we read the descriptions on the menu and chose wines that seemed easy to try.

They provide friendly explanations every time a dish is served.
I've never been to one, but I heard that this is how they usually explain things in fine dining.

Layered Potatoes actually tasted like regular French fries, but the texture was unique because the thinly sliced potatoes were fried.
Corn Pasta was a spoonable style of pasta, a new dish I'd never tasted before.
The corn flavor wasn't as overpowering as expected, and it paired well with the smoky aroma of the charred Swiss chard on top.

Pork Ribs (Dwaeji-galbi) was a menu sold at a Western restaurant, so the taste was slightly different from the typical pork ribs we know.
It felt like eating Korean food in a Western restaurant.

Overall, the food tasted great, and the portions were appropriate.
The prices are a bit on the high side, but considering the atmosphere, menu composition, and the location in Seoul, it was a reasonable level.

As a side note, parking space in this area is limited, so I recommend using public transportation.
