The Origin of Happiness

Humans do not live to be happy, but are just designed to feel happiness to survive.
Happiness is a survival tool, not a purpose.
Actually, it's a fact I knew but wanted to ignore.
The means and the purpose have been swapped. It's a slightly uncomfortable truth I learned through The Selfish Gene.
It was interesting that there are separate genetic temperaments that have a huge impact on happiness.
Extroverted people feel happiness in the process of meeting and hanging out with people itself, and that this is a social animal and this is essential for survival, it was perhaps natural.

I agree that happiness is about frequency, not intensity.
Humans quickly get used to any positive event and happiness is quickly reset.
This is also designed for survival.
Small but certain happiness (So-hwak-haeng) is actually not small, but certain happiness.
