This series features a lot of talk about dimensions.
I tried to visualize everything at first, but eventually, I gave up trying to imagine it all.
The same human greed and arrogance seen in the second book reappears in this one.
I really didn't like the female protagonist. She's too idealistic and naive.
She couldn't distinguish between ideals and reality, and the consequences were disastrous.
Personally, I felt the story could have ended with The Dark Forest.
However, I suppose this volume was necessary for a truly complete conclusion.
