I wanted to try a proper juicy Western-style burger, so I looked up a well-known spot and headed there.

Ordered both Classic single and Charrd single.
Both were good, but the signature menu named after the restaurant was clearly the better one.

The Charrd single had a subtle truffle aroma with layers of complex flavors that all came together really well.
The Classic single was just straightforwardly delicious.

It went viral on social media and has reportedly been ranked as high as 14th in the world burger rankings.
I braced myself for a long queue since it's known for that, but thankfully the wait was shorter than expected.
