There is usually a long wait, so I checked Catch Table before visiting. Luckily, there was no one waiting in line and it was close to opening time, so I quickly queued up.
Seeing that there was no waiting registration kiosk in front of the store, it seems Catch Table reservations do not open right at opening time, but rather only after the on-site waiting queue builds up to a certain point.

Fortunately, we were able to enter the restaurant about five minutes after it opened.

Normally, you order using the tablet at the table, but on this day, there happened to be an issue with the ordering system, so we had to place our order directly with the staff.

While not a completely open kitchen, the cooking area was visible, allowing us to watch the dim sum being freshly prepared and served in real time.

I wanted to take a photo once all the dishes came out together, but since the dim sum came out one by one as they were ready, we naturally had to taste them in the order they were served.

Since dim sum is not cheap, we savored every single bite as we ate.

Among the dim sum we had, Har Gow suited our taste the best.
Of course, all the other dim sum dishes were excellent as well.

The wonton did not come out no matter how long we waited, so when we asked the staff, they said the order had been missed and promised to prepare it right away.
It seemed like a hiccup caused by being unfamiliar with taking orders manually as a temporary measure instead of using the tablet system.

Fortunately, we did not have to wait long to receive the wonton.
The staff apologized and offered a complimentary drink, and apologized once again when we paid the bill.

Overall, the great service and delicious food made for a very satisfying visit.
