Maybe because it moved to a new, expanded location, there was less waiting than last time.
There is no Catch Table system; you just order first at the kiosk, get a waiting number, and wait for your turn.

You can add toppings, but I didn't add any separately because rice, noodles, and broth can be refilled indefinitely.
The noodles have a slightly firm texture.
Of course, I added rice and ate it all, even the broth.

I hesitated after seeing the next table refilling broth and noodles, but I held back because I thought I would overeat.
Next time, I'll try the red broth too!
