The Three-Body Problem 2: The Dark Forest

The second book, which I started immediately after finishing the first.
This one is even thicker—perhaps the thickest novel I've ever read.
The whole world struggles to overcome the crisis facing humanity.
However, hope seems nonexistent due to the existence of 'It', which knows everything and interferes technologically.
There are scenes where humanity becomes arrogant, and I could already see where the end was heading.

If I were a human at that time, how would I have lived?
I think I might not have cared much, since I could live my life normally in my generation without any major issues.
I guess I really don't have much love for humanity...
And I probably would have lived without much change, vaguely assuming someone would eventually find a solution.

Since the story seems to have reached a conclusion, I wonder what the third book will be about?
